Branching Out Progress

WIP Report: Eleven repeats done so far on Branching Out! How I love this pattern - the picture does not do the leaf pattern justice though. I started out with some scraps of Rowan Felted Tweed in Herb that I had left over from my poncho to see if I could do the pattern. I liked how it looked so I kept on going. Yesterday I picked up another skein from Royal Yarns during my lunch hour so now I can finish this. This was on hold for a while since the yarn had to be special ordered. I learned about "lifelines" on the Knitty boards, and that will be a help with this lace pattern

Today I visited the Knit Picks site for the first time. This is a brand new discovery for me. My Secret Pal mentioned that she liked their yarn so I had to check it out. What great prices!! I ordered a catalog. I think The Wool of Andes might work well for more Booga Bags! Has anyone felted with it before? I brought my Booga Bag to work, and several co-workers either want me to make them one or to show them how to do it! One brought in her yarn and needles today, ready to go.

Your Branching Out looks great! After you block it, the leaf definition will be much better.

Hello there, I love how your Branching out is looking, I am determined to restart this one eventually with a different yarn and love watching everyone else's progress. Great yarn for it!

I used Wool of the Andes for my Sophie bag, and it felted great! I was really impressed, and it was my first felted project. And they have a bunch of new colors too - quite a variety.

Looking good!! I just picked mine back up again and loving it. It's such a pretty pattern, especially in green like you're doing.
